Cosmopolitan Associates (CAI) is a multi-disciplinary consulting practice specializing in land development. CAI works with clients at all stages of development including the initial project inception and conceptualization, schematic design, design development, planning and building approvals, procurement of construction services, management of site and building construction, project delivery and finally, providing continuous support of post occupancy operations. For more than three decades, CAI has provided consulting services to private, public and not-for-profit organizations including land developers, corporate landowners, and public agencies across Canada and abroad.

On its own and through its established network CAI provide services ranging from technical support, CAD drafting, developing concept plans and budgets with the client including architectural, civil, electrical and structural engineering, land use planning and land economics to developing the client’s vision into tangible and constructible plans ready for detailed design, approval, and implementation. The service commitment to clients begin at project inception and carries through to construction, and operational implementation. The support of CAI often also continues well into the operational life of the project, depending on client requirements.
